I went out to another teacher’s dinner earlier this week. We had Dak Galbi, which is one of my all time favorite foods to eat here in Korea.
Look at it:
The spicy chicken with cabbage, sweet potato slices and rice cakes mixed in. Yum!
After I posted this quick snapshot, a few people asked how to make this dish. A Korean friend passed me a simple recipe that she uses. (Thanks Min)
